Is personal training expensive?
Considering the amount of money we spend on junk food and eating other unhealthy foods to feel good, personal training is indeed a bargain, since it not only makes you feel good, but also the health benefits are long-lasting. Depending on the particular program you have selected, a typical 1-hour session can range in price from $45 to $75 per session. Many of our corporate partners provide a subsidy to their employees, so you will always get the best rates.
How soon can I expect results?
You will start seeing results almost immediately with your first work-out. Initially, your body will get rid of what we call “water-weight”, followed by fat loss, and then a gradual increase in muscle mass build-up to replace the fat. Your trainer will design your work-out so that a sustained weight in your target range is achieved while your body gradually gets toned up to its full potential. A build-up of muscle mass is essential to burning more calories, even while at rest.
Can you accommodate my busy schedules?
Most of our clients hold regular jobs, are busy professionals, and busy moms who are juggling various priorities. We schedule work-out times that are convenient for you at any time of the day or week.
Should I continue my gym membership?
Depending on the training program you have selected, in most cases, continuing you regular gym membership is not necessary. However, we encourage all our clients to continue specifically tailored exercises on their own in between their personal training sessions.
Do you offer weekend sessions?
Yes we do offer weekend sessions, although most of our trainers prefer not to work on Sundays.
Do you offer in-home training?
We offer in-home training for your convenience with occasional screening done at our studios. All of our in-home trainers are required to go through background checks to ensure your safety.
Can you offer training at our corporate facilities?
Yes, we would be happy to manage personal training at your company’s facilities. This can be done on a 1 on 1 basis or in a group setting.
Can you provide references?
